Well, we have now officially shot for as long as it took to shoot both “Wulf” and “Leap”. On this film though, we still have around 8 or so days left. We finally shot our first fight scene. It’s a small one where Shane and Luke are running from a bad guy, Luke is captured, and Shane goes back to save him. We filmed it on top of a parking garage in CDA in about two hours. The only injury we had was that Alex accidentally hit Ben in the eye. No damage was done.
After filming, Alex brought me back into Spokane and we brainstormed for a bit about what to do next. The concept we came up with challenge my faith in ways I can’t even imagine, as well as those who work with me. My idea is to do a movie for a mainstream audience, with a Christian worldview of spiritualism. It’ll deal with what ghosts really are and what possession is really like.
I received a phone call today from the American Humane Society wanting to know if I was going to be using any animals in ROTB. I told them yes, my dog, and they said they would be in touch with me to register. I’m not sure what that means, but okay.
Saturday we shoot the big extras day, so that should be fun.
