Had a great second day of shooting! Everyone was able to make it, and did a fantastic job again. It took us three hours to shoot the two scenes, much slower than it’s ever been before, but with the lighting setups, it takes more time. The time is well worth it though, and it’s still faster than Hollywood! I’m stunned by how the images are looking. Here’s a grab from last night’s shoot:
Not too bad eh? After the we shot the two scenes we had scheduled, the group left and then Alex and I took care of his shots that we needed to get from yesterday. Hopefully it all cuts together.
I feel like everyone had a good time, which is always important. We started having a few catch phrases pop up such as, “What Would Jason Do?” in reference to the cinematography, and Alex randomly spouting off, “I watched my friends die” in reference to the pk crew in the last flick. All in all, a good second day!
